Statability's financial operations' reporting includes daily summary reports, budgeting, forecasting, market share reporting and profit and loss statements. These reports traditionally captured the majority of time, attention, and allocation of resources from the IT and/or accounting department who were responsible for capturing the raw data, generating accurate, understandable reports and distributing them throughout the organization. Additionally, there is always a great amount of time needed and expected of the field managers to thoroughly review each of these reports. When Statability reports are used, this time is now available to help all these people meet their other priorities.
We realize all companies closely guard this information and consider it proprietary. Our customers/partners have the option of housing the reporting on servers hosted by Statability, or within their own hosting environment. Each option has it's own advantages and disadvantages and we will fully explore the option that best meets our clients/partners needs. We realize the importance of proving to all our clients and partners through our actions, not just our words, that we are in the confidentiality business as much as we are in the reporting business, and we take the security and reliability of this responsibility very seriously.
