WYNDHAM INTERNATIONAL CHOOSES HSA INTERNATIONAL TO PROVIDE MYSTERY CALLS ON THE WEB FOR IT’S PROPERTIES

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- HSA International and its strategic alliance partner Statability have been selected by Wyndham International, Inc. to provide on-line reporting of test call results for each of its 160 owned and managed hotels.

HSA will provide Wyndham with access to data that is instrumental in making timely sales management decisions. “With instant reporting of mystery shopping scores and the timely identification of performance gap areas, Wyndham can take direct action to rectify situations that could have a negative impact on achieving their revenue potentials,” said Doug Kennedy, President of HSA International.

In working with Wyndham’ s sales and reservations, HSA is developing on-line coaching modules that are integrated into the web-based reports. These learning tools have been designed to assist reservations sales associates in understanding how to improve their skills on over 15 criteria; all of which were carefully analyzed and identified as key behaviors that have a direct influence on converting potential sales into actual bookings.

The HSA/Statability alliance will offer a wide range of performance data to Wyndham’s corporate and hotel management teams. Information is benchmarked and reported in a variety of formats, so that managers can drill down from company-wide, to regional, to individual hotel records.
