STATABILITY AND ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS FORM PARTNERSHIP TO ENABLE HOSPITALITY COMPANIES TO TURN POINT-OF-SALE DATA INTO USABLE REPORTS
ATLANTA - Web-based reporting company Statability and Accounting Solutions, which provides financial conversion tools, are partnering to offer multi-unit hotels, restaurants and retail businesses a one-stop shop for their reporting needs. By coordinating Statability and Accounting Solutions' products, point-of-sale information from multiple sources can be imported directly into financial systems without any rekeying, and then organized into reports that managers at all levels can use.
"In multi-unit businesses like grocery stores, restaurants, and hotels, 85 percent of all point-of-sale information is rekeyed, which results in a lot of human error," said Randy Mayo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Accounting Solutions. "Our product, GETLinked software, integrates point-of-sale and time/attendance systems with corporate financial systems while maintaining data integrity and performing error checking and balancing."
According to Mayo, Accounting Solutions began receiving requests from clients to produce operations reports. "When a client is using our product, we have all of the information necessary to produce their operational reports right at our fingertips. But, our expertise is not in producing these reports; that is why we turned to Statability."
Statability works exclusively with multi-unit companies to turn raw data into usable information by designing reports that facilitate communication of these business results to all levels of the organization.
