ALLIANCE BETWEEN STATABILITY AND SYNCSURVEY MAKES SURVEY DATA EASY TO COLLECT AND ANALYZE

ATLANTA – Gathering and analyzing market research and customer satisfaction data has never been easier, thanks to a new alliance between Statability, a web-based reporting company, and SyncSurvey, which allows clients to conduct surveys on their PDAs.

“ Our core competency is making data collection efficient and user-friendly – our customers use our web site to design their surveys, download them to palm devices, collect the data, and then upload that information back to the Internet where they can see results immediately,” said Mitchell Goldstein, SyncSurvey’s president. “Statability’s core competency is packaging data – taking the raw information and creating a variety of consolidated reports so all levels of management can look more deeply into specific parts of their businesses.

Goldstein said that his company’s software has a basic reporting function, but Statability’s enhanced web-based reporting is an added benefit to SyncSurvey customers who want their numbers analyzed in more detail. “For example, Statability can provide comparisons quarter by quarter to show trends over time. And all of Statability’s reports are available over the web or by e-mail, so customers can access them anytime and anywhere.

Both companies say the alliance allows them to provide better service to their clients and to broaden their own product lines. “SyncSurvey’s work in the restaurant vertical and Statability’s work in the hospitality industry will benefit both companies,” said Michael Goldenberg, Statability’s co-founder. “We may work with a hotel client that wants a better way to collect survey data, and SyncSurvey may work with a restaurant chain that wants a consolidated web-reporting package. Through this alliance partnership, we both can now service these clients.”

Statability, headquartered in Atlanta with offices in Minneapolis and Sydney, Australia, was founded in 1999. Clients include Marriott International, PJ’s Coffee and Tea, and Candlewood Suites. Statability partners include Biko Technologies, HSA International, and Databeacon.

SyncSurvey, located in Alpharetta, Georgia just outside of Atlanta, was founded in 1999. Clients include Federated Stores; Serono, Inc.; Longhorn Steakhouse; and Service Evaluation Concepts.
